We work with managers to plan and deliver a
wrap-around service to support staff, individuals or a group through crisis.
CAREER ADVISORY SERVICES
Practical, personalised career support to help people navigate change, develop their strengths and plan their next steps. Our services include career development, transition and outplacement support, and leadership coaching.
WORKPLACE VISITS
We provide onsite critical incident response to support staff and managers following distressing workplace events, alongside organisational tailored wellbeing programs to meet your organisation’s needs.
WHS
We work with your organisation to ensure that you are assessing and managing psychosocial hazards, as required by WHS regulations.
An experienced team of mental health professionals that work with a select number of organisations to ensure a quality, personalised evidence-based support service.
As mental health professionals we have extensive experience working with trauma situations and reactions, having worked in diverse settings. Our speciality is being able to come into your organisation and liaise with management to assess the presenting needs and risk for staff, provide the appropriate counselling support and plan for long-term support, as required.
We are also able to provide tailored telehealth to organisations and specialise in being able to work with organisations to plan for the best way forward to support individuals, management, and teams. As a boutique psychology organisation, our team works closely together to ensure the most ethical, therapeutic practice and solution-focussed outcomes for your staff and organisation.
